WINE BLENDING CHALLENGE
After learning about blended wine, its characteristics and flavors, each team will work together to blend their very own type of wine, creating their own brand and label, and submitting it for a blind taste test with our judge!
BLIND TASTING 101
Learn how wine professionals and Sommeliers decipher what is seen, smelled and tasted in wine, and the mystery behind the blind tasting! Guests will learn about the physiology of taste and how to objectively evaluate acidity, tannin, alcohol, residual sugar and other structural elements of wine.
MYSTERY BOX COMPETITION
In this exciting competition, a Mystery Box awaits each team at their cooking station. Each team will open their box to reveal a variety of ingredients, all of which must be used to create their team’s signature appetizer item.

"CHOPPED" COMPETITION
In this “Chopped” style competition, each team will attempt to incorporate unusual combinations of ingredients into two dishes that are evaluated by a panel of judges – just like the TV show!

HEAD TO HEAD CULINARY SHOWDOWN
Get a dose of healthy group competition in a culinary showdown that will test your leadership and teamwork skills. Following specific recipe instructions, each team will create each dish at their station with a limited amount of time.. Each team will not only prepare each course for themselves to enjoy, but will present one additional plate per course to the culinary judges.
